The BIPOC Early Educator Pre-Apprenticeship Program is designed to help increase the number of Black & Pacific Islander early educators in San Francisco. The program aims to improve educational and developmental outcomes for Black and Pacific Islander children and build a strong system of Black and Pacific Islander educators in the ECE field.
Must be 16-24 years old
Identify as Black/African American or Pacific Islander
Interested in a career in early education, wanting to work with children/give back to the community. Making a difference in young people's lives
