The Youth Leadership Team supports YouthWorks staff in program planning, facilitating workshops, and administrative support. They are a key factor in providing SFYW interns with support and making their experience with SFYW positive and meaningful.

Up to 10 hours a week during the school year, and 20 hours a week during the summer.
The Youth Leadership Team actively participates in weekly team-building and planning workshops, where they discuss and decide on how to introduce curriculum to SFYW participants.
They also provide administrative support, such as calling and checking in on participants, supporting with data entry, etc.
