Connect with our team to see if Opportunities for All (OFA) is the right fit for your business and organization. We prioritize work sites that align with our values of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

What's your level of engagement?

Want to host interns at your site? Can't host interns but would like to sponsor our program? We can work with your team to bridge partnerships at every level.

STEP 3

Onboarding , requirements, & more.

Potential volunteers and worksites must pass DOJ background check. Other worksite requirements include:

  • Complete a worksite application
  • Attend a Worksite Supervisor Orientation
  • Provide a copy of 501(c)(3) status or Business License
  • Provide current Certificate of Liability Insurance
  • Pass a background check

When the paperwork is finished, the exciting part begins! Our onboarding process provides the proper trainings that help our partnerships succeed.

Is OFA a JCYC program?

Opportunities For All is managed primarily by the SF Human Rights Commission, and is managed fiscally by JCYC. Together we provide over 1,000 internship opportunities annually! 

What kind of interns does OFA hire?

Opportunities for All serves San Francisco residents age 13-24. If you have specific age requirements at your worksite, let us know.
